I have lost 118 pounds and have maintained the weight loss for two years. Try the Nudgersize App!

Are you lacking the willpower to get to the gym? I was reading Self magazine and saw the Nudgersize app advertised. It looks like a useful app for those that need a little nudge! Here's the description from their website:
