I have lost 118 pounds and have maintained the weight loss for two years. Try Reko Pizelles!

 I was out with a friend today and found amazingly delicious low cal cookies: Reko Pizzelles. They come in six flavors: vanilla, anise, chocolate, maple, lemon and dulce de leche (caramel). They are only 23 calories each, have no trans fats and no preservatives. They are light, crispy and slightly sweet. The Reko website has a bunch of recipes using their pizzelles but I enjoy them as is! Go to for more info.
