I have lost 118 pounds and have maintained the weight loss for two years. Dr. Oz’s 99 Diet Foods Shopping List

The topic of one of the Dr. Oz’s shows last week was “the top 99 diet foods to buy”.  I am a big fan of Kashi products, Amy’s products, Smart Pop, Laughing Cow Light Cheese and Quinoa which are all on the list. I have also tried many other items on the list and can say first hand that they are nutritious and delicious. One day maybe I can get through all 99!
